Is it safe and effective to use dvd’s containing aerobic exercises?

March 5th, 2010 | by admin |

So I have this dvd that is special for legs. Would it be effective for the whole body as well?

Equipment is not used in the training. Is it safe an effective to use those dvd’s at home? I mean would I be hurt or would it improve my body?

Ps, The DVD is like 30 or 40 minutes long.

Make sure to monitor your heart rate. Aerobic is good for your heart and lungs regardless. It might be good to throw in some exercises for your arms because that’s slightly better as a cardio exercise and it allows your legs to rest and recover. Swimming, rowing, and free weights would be good.

Oh yeah, it would effect your whole body you would lose like a ton of weight off those videos. I had some that lasted three months and I lost 60 pounds off of it! There amazing and nope you won’t get hurt they do simple things that won’t strain your muscles. Good luck :)
