		<description>&lt;b&gt;I started at 258, I ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I started at 258, I eat 2000-2300cals(max) daily consisting of anything: pizza, steak, spaghetti,etc. as long as it totals between 2000-2300cals, also I may eat 2 meals a day and snack in between or eat 4 meals a day and snack in between(doesnt matter), I lift weights on MWF and play basketball on Tues/Thurs. for about 1hr to1and1/2hr(including water breaks, new team selections, etc.).. I dont lift weights or play ball AT ALL on weekends and I may cheat on my diet but more than often not..</description>
