Aerobic Exercise and Strength Training?

Is this a good start. I’ve decide to start exercising. Tues and Thur aerobic and sundays strength.

What should I do for strength, what should I do for arms and legs and stomach. And what exericses can I do with out equipment at home or in a dorm room?

yes, strenght meaning weights.. arm curl legs curls , squads. everything! you will get tone muscles if you run or do spinning wheels too!.. for ur legs1
