I've seen infomercials of like "the bean" and "the ab chair" but what is the best equipment to give me a flat stomach quicker? Or what video would be good to use? (I don't plan on spending more than 80dollars.)

Trying to build a basic gym in my basement, but I'm having a hard time finding dumbells and plates for a reasonable price, any ideas?

I just bought a crosstrainer and bike for home. They are decent quality.
I am now getting worried i would have gotten a better figure using the gym quality equipment?
